The "Freddy Villarroel" Gallery located in the "Omar Carreño" Arts Center in La Asunción, inaugurated the Collective Exhibition Day of the Visual Artist in Tribute to Oswaldo "Docha" Gutiérrez.

The president of the Autonomous Institute for the Cultural Development of the Bolivarian State of Nueva Esparta (IADECEBNE), Dr. Heraclio Narváez, was present at the inauguration, along with the general director Msc. Ynés Rojas.

This exhibition, which is held annually within the framework of the National Day of the Visual Artist, was the occasion to recognize the teacher Oswaldo "Docha" Gutiérrez, for his great artistic career, and to honor the merit of the teacher Asdrúbal Marcano, by the Institute of Culture of the Nueva Esparta State.
